Course Information
The SSNGFW – Securing Networks with Cisco Firepower Next Generation Firewall v1.0 program imparts knowledge and skills for utilizing and configuring Cisco Firepower Threat Defense technology. The course covers a range of topics, starting from the initial setup and configuration of the device and extending to routing, high availability, migration from Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) to Cisco Firepower Threat Defense, traffic control, and Network Address Translation (NAT). Participants will also delve into the implementation of advanced features in Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) and Next-Generation Intrusion Prevention System (NGIPS), including network intelligence, file type detection, network-based malware detection, and deep packet inspection.
