Accelerated EMT Pipeline
Public safety providers in the 21st century must be versatile and capable of handling multiple missions. Our Mobile Training Team, in partnership with various training experts, will come directly to your location to certify your team, preparing them to respond effectively to any medical or traumatic emergency.
Our LEO Accelerated EMT training is tailored to integrate your agency’s standard operating procedures, culture, and mission, ensuring practical and relevant Emergency Medical Technician training. Complete NREMT courses are available in as little as 11 days.
Rescue Task Force
The RTF Hostile Event Interdiction course equips public safety professionals with a unified response strategy, incorporating proven tactics, techniques, and procedures for managing the aftermath of neutralized or mitigated hostile events. Once threats are contained, it is crucial to deploy Fire, Rescue, and Emergency Medical Services to assess, treat, and transport mass casualty victims. This course demonstrates how various public safety sectors can collaborate effectively, minimizing errors and enhancing overall response efficiency.
Vulnerability Assessment/Field Training Exercise (FTX)
In the public safety training industry, there’s a lot of “tactical talk.” UST, however, delivers tangible results. Whether it’s TCCC for military applications or TECC for law enforcement, fire, and EMS, mastering these skills is crucial for any organization aiming to enhance its tactics and provide effective care under fire. TECC emphasizes medical care during critical phases and offers guidelines for managing trauma in civilian tactical or hazardous environments. Although TECC has a tactical focus, it adopts an all-hazards approach, preparing EMS personnel for scenarios beyond typical conditions, such as mass casualty or active shooter events. Our courses, ranging from 1 to 2 days, ensure comprehensive training.
Rope Rescue/Tactical Extraction
Drawing from techniques and lessons learned in industrial fire, search and rescue, and military operations, UST and our partners have established the standard in basic and tactical rope rescue. This course covers fundamental skills such as basic knots, force dynamics, tactical rappelling, and various intervention techniques.
Designed for beginners, those seeking a refresher, or individuals in the early stages of developing their rope rescue skills, our instructors use a progressive approach to build student confidence and knowledge of each rescue component. Courses range from 1 to 5 days
