Course Information

Throughout this intensive five-day training program, participants will gain advanced proficiency in the operation and troubleshooting of VMware NSX infrastructure. The course is designed to equip individuals with the requisite knowledge, skills, and tools necessary for effectively managing and troubleshooting VMware NSX environments. Participants will be introduced to a diverse range of networking and security constructs, alongside operational and troubleshooting methodologies essential for maintaining a robust VMware NSX infrastructure.

Moreover, the course incorporates practical exercises where participants will encounter various technical challenges. Through a systematic approach, participants will learn to identify, analyze, and resolve these challenges, thereby honing their troubleshooting skills in a real-world context.

 

Additionally, it is recommended that participants possess understanding or knowledge of the following technologies:

  • Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP services and protocols.
  • Proficiency and practical experience in computer networking and security, covering:
    • Switching and routing technologies at both Layer 2 and Layer 3.
    • Network and application delivery services spanning from Layer 4 to Layer 7.
    • Firewalling techniques across Layer 4 through Layer 7.
  • Familiarity with VMware vSphere environments.
  • Consideration of obtaining the VMware Certified Professional – Network Virtualization certification for enhanced preparedness.
